If you are not happy with your product, you may return it. This needs to be done within 14 days after receiving it. If the product has a seal on it, it is not allowed for the seal to be broken. Also, specific products are excluded from returns such as goods classified as dangerous.
Conditions for return shipments
You have 14 days to rethink your purchase and apply for return. Of course, your product has to be new, unused and all original packaging still has to be on the product. To apply for return, follow the procedure described below. If your return is accepted, send your shipment in a firm shipping box, preferably the one you received it in.
Steps to be taken in order to return your product

|⇒||Within 1-2 days you’ll receive an e-mail with details on whether or not we can accept your return shipment|
|⇒||If your return is accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how to pack the products and where to send them to|

|⇒||Products of which the seal has been broken|
|⇒||Products in sterile packaging that have been opened|
|⇒||Goods classified as dangerous that were sent in limited quantities|
We will do our best to process your return shipsment as quickly as possible once received. Once processed, the money will be sent back to the account you used to place the order.
Shipping costs will not be refunded when you return your product.
