📦 DutchChems Shipping Policy

At DutchChems, we ensure your order arrives safely, quickly, and in compliance with regulations. Our product range includes a wide variety of products, from chemicals to personal protective equipment and laboratory equipment. Because these products often have different shipping requirements, a single order may be delivered in multiple packages.

We keep our shipping costs as transparent as possible: you never pay more than necessary, and for many categories, the surcharge is waived completely once you exceed a certain order amount.

💰 Calculation of Shipping Costs and Surcharges

At DutchChems we use a special method for every order standard rate of €6.95 . If you order before  €50 or more , then this standard rate will no longer apply.

Surcharges apply for deliveries to other countries and for certain product categories. These surcharges cover the additional costs of international shipping or special handling.

All surcharges will be automatically added to the standard rate of €6.95 and will be included in the total price you see at checkout.

🚚 How we ship

All packages are carefully packaged and shipped via reliable carriers. You don’t have to choose a carrier yourself; we ensure your order is delivered in the most efficient way possible.

We work with strict regulations for hazardous substances :

  • ADR-classified products are always shipped via a specialized ADR carrier.

  • Dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) are provided with the legally required markings and transported correctly.

 

⚠️ Please note: both ADR products and hazardous substances in LQ packaging are excluded from returns.

 

⚠️ Received damaged

We package everything carefully, but a product can get damaged during transport. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know.

  2. If possible, please include photos of the packaging and the product.

  3. Please wait to return it until we give you instructions.
