Can you not find a product in our webshop, are you looking for a specific concentration, or would you like to request larger quantities? Use the product request form and describe as clearly as possible what you need.
We review your request carefully and contact you with a suitable response, any next steps and, where possible, an indication of delivery time or availability.

Confirmation
After submission you will receive a confirmation that we have received your request. Where possible, this includes a summary of your request.
Assessment
Our team reviews the substance of your request. This usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Sometimes we ask for additional information.
Response
You will receive a substantive response with the available options, possible next steps and an indication of availability or delivery time.
Follow-up
If additional coordination is needed, we will contact you to discuss the request, quote or delivery further.
