If you decide you are not happy with your product after receiving it we offer the possibility to return it. This has to be done within 14 days after you received the product. If the product has a seal on it, it is not allowed for the seal to be broken. If it is, we can not accept your return shipment and you will not get your money back.

Free returns within The Netherlands

Within The Netherlands, you can send your product back for free. Be sure it is packaged correctly before you sent it back and make sure it can not be damaged. Use our return portal to return your goods. When you filled everything in, you are able to print your return label and you can deliver your package to the by you selected collection point.

Conditions for return shipments

After receiving your product you have 14 days to rethink your purchase and return it. Of course, your product has to be new, unused and all original packaging has to still be on the product. Send your shipment in a firm shipping box, preferably the one you received it in.

Excluded from returning

Products of which the seal has been broken
Products in sterile packaging that have been opened
Damaged products
Goods classified as dangerous that were sent in limited quantities


When your return shipment has been received, we will try our best to process it as quickly as possible. Once processed, the money will be sent back to the account you used to place the order.

Shipping costs will not be returned when you return your product.

Product was received damaged

While we do our best to package your product as safe and secure as possible, it can still be damaged during the transport. If you received a product that was damaged, do not return it immediately but contact us at contact@dutchchems.com before you sent it back.
