If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it. This must be done within 14 days of receipt. If the product has a seal, the seal must not be broken. Specific products are also excluded from return, such as goods classified as dangerous.
Conditions for Returns
You have 14 days to reconsider your purchase and submit a return request. Naturally, your product must be new and unused and all original packaging must still be on the product. Follow the procedure below to request a return. If your return is accepted, ship your shipment in a sturdy shipping box, preferably the box you received it in.
Steps to take to return your product

|Describe your reason for return and which products it concerns
|Within 1-2 days you will receive an email with information about whether or not your return will be accepted
|If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to package the products and where to send them
Products excluded from returns
|Products for which the seal has been broken
|Products in sterile packaging that have been opened
|Goods classified as dangerous and shipped in limited quantities
We will do our best to process your return as soon as possible after receipt. After processing, the money will be refunded to the account you used to place the order.
Shipping costs are not refundable when you return your product.
