How we ship your order
All parcels are carefully packed and shipped via reliable carriers. You do not need to select a carrier; we ensure that your order is delivered in the most efficient way.
For hazardous substances we follow strict regulations:
- ADR-classified products are always shipped via a specialised ADR carrier.
- Hazardous substances in limited quantities (LQ) are provided with the legally required markings and transported correctly.
Shipping Costs & Surcharges
At DutchChems, we charge a standard rate of €6.95. If you order €50 or more, the standard rate is waived.
Surcharges may apply to shipping to other countries and to certain product categories. These cover the additional costs of international delivery or additional handling.

Shipping hazardous substances
For hazardous substances stricter transport and handling requirements apply. DutchChems ships these products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The following applies:
- ADR-classified products are shipped exclusively via a specialised ADR carrier.
- Hazardous substances in limited quantities (LQ) are provided with the legally required markings and transported correctly.
This ensures that these products are shipped carefully and in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Please note: ADR products and hazardous substances in LQ packaging cannot be returned.
