Product description

A graduated cylinder, measuring cylinder or mixing cylinder is used to measure the volume of a liquid. It has a narrow cylindrical shape and is more accurate and precise than laboratory flasks and beakers.

The cylinders offered are made of borosilicate glass. Borosilicate glass has excellent thermal properties at both high and low temperatures. This allows the glass to be heated without risk of cracking. The maximum recommended temperature for borosilicate glassware is approximately 500 °C.
